Terms Of Purchase
Shipping prices are within the Continental United States only. If the puppy is being shipped we will see that the puppy is shipped with a caring professional shipper. We do our best to try and ship the puppies on the date you request. The weather plays a big part in the the safety of shipping a puppy. If the weather is to hot or to cold we will not put the puppy at risk and the airline will not accept them until it is safe for the puppy to travel. The puppies safety is our number one priority. In that case your puppies flight my have to be rescheduled.
Cost of shipping depends on which airline is used to get your puppy to your location. On a regular sized taxi, cost ranges anywhere from $110.00 to $250.00. If a larger taxi is required the cost will be a little more as the airlines base their charges on the size of the taxi or the weight the puppy is being shipped in.

| 4. 50% of purchase price required to secure your puppy. Unless other arrangements has been agreed upon between buyer and seller, deposit is required to be paid with in two weeks. |
| Deposit is non- refundable, after puppy has been held and you choose to not purchase the puppy before it is shipped. |

| 5. Puppies do not leave the kennel until they are at least 8 weeks old. Small breed puppies being shipped will be held until 9 or 10 weeks old. Depending on size and breed. |

Before puppy is shipped please return a signed copy of Happy Paws Kennel's Health Guarantee, Limited Warranty and Conditions of Purchase You can do this by fax or mail. If you have now way to fax this please let us know and we can do it through E Mail Fax number is 620 227 2449 If you are unable to do this a copy will be sent to you and you can return by mail. We do need a signed copy for our files.
With the summer months are upon us, we do want you to know that occasionally a puppies flight will be canceled because it is to hot to ship the puppy safely. So if that happens we have to reschedule the flight. We do get the puppy to you just as soon as it is safe for it to fly.
